The event is co-chaired by Marie Radford and Rivkah Sass, and will feature presentations and a plenary panel by leading reference innovators. This year’s keynote speaker is Andrew Walsh, Academic Librarian at the University of Huddersfield, UK, who will discuss using QR codes to deliver reference help to mobile phone users at their point of need. Plenary panelists will be Stephen J. Bell of Temple University, Wayne Bivens-Tatum of Princeton University, Jean Costello (the Radical Patron), and Rivkah Sass (Library Journal’s 2006 Librarian of the Year).

Early bird registration is now available through 7/1/2010 for $250. Standard registration (after 7/1/2010) is $275. Registration includes all sessions on both days (including the keynote and plenaries), access to exhibits, as well as breakfast and lunch on both days.
