Applicants must be recent graduates from an ALA-accredited library program, demonstrate an interest and knowledge of academic librarianship and a strong desire for professional growth. *SALARY AND BENEFITS*: Fellows are appointed at the Assistant Librarian level ($46,164-$48,029). Benefits include 24 days vacation annually, 12 days sick leave, 12 paid holidays, employer paid medical coverage, dental and life insurance, participation in the UC Retirement system, and social security.
